Marketing Plan Campaign

In my role as Project Manager for this strategic brand communication campaign, I spearheaded a multi-faceted initiative aimed at redefining First State Bank & Trust's market position. My responsibilities encompassed developing a meticulous research plan, integrating both qualitative and quantitative data to inform our approach. I played a pivotal role in crafting the final report, which included creative mockups, a refined communication strategy, and a detailed media plan. This project not only elevated the bank's brand presence but also showcased my leadership in managing complex projects and my ability to translate in-depth research into actionable, results-driven strategies.

Promotional Strategy Campaign

The project involves analyzing a brand's situation - both externally and internally - conducting primary & secondary research, setting communication objectives, and performing a SWOT analysis. It also includes segmentation and targeting strategies, audience profile development, budgeting considerations, brand positioning strategies, the selection of communication tools, a creative brief, and a media calendar. The final report integrates feedback, includes an executive summary, outlines measurement and evaluation methods, and showcases actual brand communication tactics in appendices

Twitter X Sentiment Analysis

This project centers on the evaluation of Twitter's transformation into 'X' as an 'everything app.' It encompasses comprehensive planning, data collection from primary and secondary sources, and the utilization of data visualization tools like Tableau. The analysis involves qualitative and quantitative assessments of public sentiment, trends, and daily patterns on TikTok, with a focus on charting the evolution of sentiment and mentions following the rebranding announcement. This in-depth analysis provides valuable insights for Twitter's strategic evolution, ensuring alignment with market trends and objectives.

Advertising Attitudes Analysis

This project entailed a comprehensive analysis of public attitudes toward advertising using JASP, a statistical software. Delving into a dataset of over 2500 survey responses, the endeavor involved deriving insights on how education level and gender influence advertising perception and income levels, among other facets. Utilizing various statistical tests, the analysis not only revealed key trends and correlations but also provided a platform for further exploration into consumer behavior, thereby aiding in the formulation of data-driven advertising strategies.

Product Launch Campaign

In this comprehensive endeavor, our team embarks on crafting a strategic product launch campaign for ZenWake, a distinctive wellness-focused alarm clock. It encompasses background research, competitor analysis, SWOT assessment, target consumer insights, and the development of a creative brief. The project also includes internal communication planning and the exploration of value-added media approaches. The goal is to convince stakeholders that the campaign aligns with client objectives and addresses consumer needs.

Project Management Campaign

As the Lead Project Manager for the ZOOM Energy Drink campaign, I played a central role in coordinating our team's efforts to plan and execute the launch effectively. We crafted a strategic plan in alignment with the client's needs, product specifications, and budget constraints while selecting the most suitable tactics. Throughout the project, my leadership was instrumental in guiding the project management process to success.
